Over the past five years, LAS Claims Management has evolved into what we believe is the most innovative building repair solution in the British insurance market. It is delivered by highly trained staff, following well thought-out processes, who share our ethos to provide high quality service for our clients, and their customers.
We are able to offer an end to end claims management proposition - dealing with validation, investigation, optimising settlement outcomes (cash, IOT, repair), and also fulfilment across all types of claim - our core capability is the management of building repairs. Also, unlike our competitors, this extends across an integrated platform to manage the restoration aspects of EOW claims, as well as subsidence and drainage claims management.
Our capability also includes loss adjusting input by fully qualified experienced adjusters. This is provided where appropriate and, as our model is significantly differentiated from traditional loss adjusting service provision, loss adjusting is provided free of charge.
All our service provision is supported by technological solutions which are unique in the market. Our core claims management system is described by most senior claims managers/directors as the best available. This is further enhanced by field based technology which delivers data and images live from site into back-office functions (including insurers). As an example, this gives us the functionality to settle claims and process cash settlement requests into the insurer payment system live from site.

Service Guarantees
Service Guarantees - - LAS provides clients with a guaranteed 48-hour site visit across all its surveying and validation services. Where the policyholder is able and agreeable to a visit within 48 hours, we will meet that expectation. If we are unable to do so, we will not charge for the survey
